Starting Alien: You’ll be given the choice to select one of two aliens to start with. Don’t worry—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to earn more aliens as you progress.

As a player, you have the option to battle in the Open Universe or the Battle Arena. In the Open Universe, there are no restrictions, and you may encounter powerful aliens against whom you have a lower chance of success. For beginners and new players, the Battle Arena is the ideal choice, where you will face aliens of similar strength.PLAY NOW, SEASON 3 started on 6th March 2025!
The Season 3 is divided into individual Seasons, with each Season further divided into Chapters, which last exactly one month. However, the duration of each Season and the number of Chapters it contains are not fixed. All major updates and new features are tied to the individual Seasons to keep things organized for the users. For example, in Season 3, the long-awaited mobile application will be launched!
At the end of each Chapter, the main leaderboard is reset, and rewards for players in $CATCH tokens are distributed immediately after each Chapter ends. Regarding the aliens, they remain with you throughout the entire Season and are only removed at the start of a new Season.
In SpaceCatch Classic, there are several ways to earn $CATCH tokens through gameplay. Since Season 1, leaderboard-based rewards have been implemented. From Season 2 Chapter 2, a prize pool of 20,000 $CATCH tokens has been set for the top 100 players.
Additionally, in the coming months, the creation of a PvP arena is planned, where players will be able to wager $CATCH tokens against each other, with the winner taking it all. This reward system encourages players to continually improve, as only through skillful gameplay can they win and profit.
After the SpaceCatch AR mobile app, it's now time for the launch of the SpaceCatch Classic mobile application, which is scheduled for early March on Google Play and Apple Store.
The mobile app will enable effective marketing expansion in the Web2 sector, which is statistically very financially strong, adding significant value to the entire SpaceCatch ecosystem and the $CATCH token.
Starting from Season 3, utilities in the form of NFTs are also available. In the current SpaceCatch ecosystem, there are 2 different NFTs that are connected to both SCC and SC AR. These are the Genesis Box NFT and the $CATCH Totem NFT. More details on the use of NFTs in the SC AR game can be found at this link: NFT Info.
Currently, you can stake these NFTs on the SpaceCatch website, where you earn staking points. These staking points can be used directly in the game, with different uses for each.
Staking points obtained from Genesis Box NFTs will be applicable in both SCC and SC AR. The first full utility will be in SpaceCatch Classic, where you can use these staking points to get a discount on lootbox purchases.
For each Genesis Box Staking Point (GBST), you will receive a 0.5 $CATCH discount on lootbox purchases in the game. In practice, this means that you can obtain the rarest Yomama Lootbox for 1000 GBST.
