#### SpaceCatch is currently 100% owned by the Krel Central, a.s., a company owned and directed by CEO of SpaceCatch. We are open to offers and discussions related to equity sales. Currently, we are in a pre-revenue stage. Due to that, we prefer to discuss equity investment after we launch the game and have proper revenue data and project valuation.
